For those registering as Type A (Khmer, only):

• Doctors/medical assistants and interns registering as Type A are required to pay an annual registration fee of $60 USD (or 240000 Riehl) *
• Residents and specialty students registering as Type A are required to pay an annual registration fee of $30 USD (or 120000 Riehl) *

For those registering as Type B (Khmer, only):

• Doctors/medical assistants registering as Type B are required to pay an annual registration fee of $60 USD (or 240000 Riehl) *

For those registering as Type C (Non-Khmer, only):

• Doctors/medical assistants registering as Type C are required to pay an annual registration fee of $300 USD (or 1,200,000 Riehl)
• The full $300 USD fee is required regardless of whether your length of stay/work in Cambodia is less than 1 year
• Registration as Type C is valid for a maximum of 1 year. Therefore, an additional $300 USD fee must be paid for each additional year of registration.

For those registering as Type D (Non-Khmer, only):

• These doctors/medical assistants are required to pay a monthly registration fee of $20 USD/month
• A "month" is defined as a calendar month.  Therefore, for any day worked during one calendar month - it will be necessary to pay an additional $20 USD, even if only one day is worked in this month
• For example: If your length of stay/work in Cambodia extends from August 30, 2013 - September 30, 2013, you are required to pay a $40 USD registration fee 
• Registration in Type D is valid for a maximum of 6 months.  Therefore, at the end of a 6 month period of registration, those registered as Type D must re-register with the Medical Council by completing the Re-Registration Form

For those registering as Type E (Khmer, only):

• Doctors/medical assistants and interns registering as Type E are required to pay an annual registration fee of $30 USD (or 120000 Riehl) *

* Khmer citizens working in Ratanakiri, Mondolkiri, Preah Vihear, Pailin, Uddor Meanchey and Stung Streng provinces are entitled to a 50% discount in the registration fee.
