List of Materials Required for Registration
The materials that are required for registration vary according to Registration Type.
All of the materials listed below must be brought to the appropriate PMC Office.
For Khmer citizens, these materials should be brought to the PMC Office in the province where you practice medicine.
For non-Khmer citizens, these materials should be brought to the National MCC Office upon arriving in Cambodia. 
The National MCC Office is located on the Ministry of Health campus, No 151-153 Kampuchea Krom Blvd., Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
You will not be registered to practice medicine in Cambodia until you provide MCC with all of the materials required for your registration type.


For doctors/medical assistants registering in Types A, B and E (Khmer citizens, ONLY):

  • 2 ID photos (4x6)
  • 1 completed application form for Khmer citizen
  • Original or certified copy of ALL of your basic medical diploma(s) recognized by the Ministry of Health or the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport OR original/certified copy of equivalent diplomas/certificates issued by institutions outside of Cambodia and accredited  by the Degree and Certificates Evaluation Committee (DEC)
    • *If you hold a diploma/certificate from a foreign country, please visit the DEC website to receive information on how to receive a DEC accreditation.
  • Signed Oath of Allegiance
  • Correct registration fee
  • If you possess any of the following documents, they should also be included with your application:
    • Copies of any other training certificates
    • Copies of certificate of registration with Medical Councils outside of Cambodia or copies of practice license issued by countries outside of Cambodia

For doctors/medical assistants registering in Type C and D:
  • 2 ID photos (4x6 cm)
  • 1 completed application form for non-Khmer citizen
  • Original or certified copies of basic medical qualification(s) (along with certified translation(s) into Khmer, English or French, if in another language)
  • Original or certified copies of specialty qualification(s) (along with certified translation(s) into Khmer, English or French, if in another language)
  • Original or certified copies of other qualification(s) (along with certified translation(s) into Khmer, English or French, if in another language)
  • Original or certified copies of registration, membership card, certificate of good-standing or practice license issued by medical council in Cambodia, country of origin or other country where you currently practice (along with certified translation(s) into Khmer, English or French, if in another language)
  • Copy of passport
  • Copy of Cambodian Visa
  • Signed Oath of Allegiance
  • Original criminal record (including record of no criminal offense) from current country of medical registration (along with certified translation(s) into Khmer, English or French, if in another language
  • Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (English or French)
  • Correct registration fee
  • Any other related documents
